Have you had a bad experiance with a mmo game? Have you submitted submitted one of those support tickets to the game administration only to get ignored? Did you get shafted by the GMs and forum admins when voicing your complaint? Feel free to post your experiances here without fear of the post being flamed and you being banned by admins who'd rather cover up problems rather than actually fixing them.

I'm going to start this topic off with ROSE Online. That games decent and all but from the second you log on your hit with a constant and relentless barrage of spam messages on every chat channel. Every town on the game is constantly flooded by spam bots. Whenever anyone brings up the problem in the forums they get flamed, yelled at, and the topics erased by the staff. And everyone uses the same excuses, download the 3rd party ignore plugin and stay out of towns. How does this solve anything? My ignore list had over a hundred names on it and the bot names are changed daily so that things useless and considering we have to buy equipment and items and do quests how can we stay out of towns. I say boycott the game and cash shop untill they fix the problem instead of whitewashing it in the hopes no one notices. Theres better games out there.
